NetQoS SuperAgent is an end-to-end performance monitoring product with powerful troubleshooting, capacity planning, SLA management, and alerting capabilities. The SuperAgent Post-Installation Audit will help you:

• Isolate Performance Problems: We enhance your ability to pinpoint areas of increased latency within a specific application, multi-tier transaction, or across your transport/WAN links
• Baseline Response Time: We define the typical response time per transaction, or average rates per user given job function
• Service-level Reporting: We ensure that SuperAgent SLA reporting enables you to publish transaction time improvements on a regular interval

• Capacity Planning: We confirm that you have visibility into your network traffic, are able to identify when traffic has exceeded defined thresholds, and can evaluate the need for increased network capacity by identifying the bandwidth requirements of protocols, hosts, and conversations

NetQoS NetVoyant^® Post-Installation Audit and Advisory

NetQoS performance experts will review the SNMP performance metrics delivered by NetQoS NetVoyant to verify that you have the information you need for:

• Infrastructure Monitoring: We confirm you are tracking network and device availability against service level thresholds, and viewing the status and utilization of all network and server components in real time
• Problem Alerts: We confirm that you are receiving immediate notification of any infrastructure problems through intuitive color-coded displays, emails, numeric pages, or SNMP Traps, and we also work with your network team to identify your most critical infrastructure problems through Top-N exception reports
• Network Visibility: We assess how NetVoyant graphically compares current and historical network and device utilization against normal baselines to recognize unusual behavior and project future capacity requirements, and we confirm it is using fixed or rolling baselines to identify trends over various time periods
