NetQoS and Cisco collaborated to create the industry’s first comprehensive end-to-end response time measurement software for WAN Optimization. Users of Cisco Wide Area Application Services® (WAAS) devices can use the NetQoS® products to overcome the performance monitoring limitations created by WAN Optimization solutions and calculate accurate TCP application response times in a WAAS environment. The companies have also partnered to promote the NetQoS solution for reporting and analysis of Cisco IOS® NetFlow data.

NetQoS and EMC have partnered to deliver the industry’s first integrated solution for passive infrastructure discovery and end-to-end performance monitoring. Users of EMC Smarts® Application Discovery Manager can take advantage of the NetQoS Connector for Smarts ADM to maintain consistent diagnostic information among NetQoS SuperAgent, configuration management databases (CMDBs) populated by ADM, and management platforms such as EMC Smarts. The performance baselines and alerts of SuperAgent combine with ADM configuration change discovery to enable fast troubleshooting and powerful root cause analysis. NetQoS also resells and supports the full line of ADM products.

NetQoS and Microsoft collaborated to develop the NetQoS Management Pack for Operations Manager 2007. The management pack integrates application response time, link traffic analysis, and device performance metrics from the NetQoS Performance Center into the Microsoft System Center Operations Manager console. Customers can now reduce mean-time-to-repair (MTTR) and improve operational efficiency and collaboration with an integrated view into NetQoS performance metrics via the Microsoft System Center Operations Manager console. Rather than using multiple consoles and products for troubleshooting, operations teams can now view all the information they need to solve problems from a single platform.
